In a world of black cars (or so it would seem in BW photos), I really like the white.

From the brief smattering of ‘41 Poncho pictures that come up in an image search, it looks like red was quite popular. Which is very nice in color.

Also seen, brown, metallic green, several nice shades of blue, and... not white per se , but a lovely cream:

Those are all original colors? Had manufacturers started moving away from Henry Ford  black in the 40s?

Yep. Even Model As had green as a very popular option.
